By accessing the Espace 67 website (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is operated by Construction CABI inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), headquartered in Quebec, Canada. Its purpose is to present the Espace 67 residential project, located in Iberville (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu), and to allow users to view available units and contact the Company.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, architectural renderings, floor plans, logos and graphic elements, is the property of the Company or its partners and is protected by Canadian and Quebec intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Information

The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, floor plans, areas, features, prices and availability are provided for informational purposes and may be modified without notice. Renderings and images are artistic representations and may differ from the final product.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada. It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access to the Site's computer systems, or to disrupt its operation.

6. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Quebec law, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access it.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Site.
